loved it!

i had a wonderful start to the year cos i spent the first night of 2006 with my s63 lovelies!! :D i had a GREAT time as usual, and special thanks goes out to jaynie for planning meticulously, and jiv for lending us his place! and of course, to every single person who contributed in making the event a success!! (woohoo i sound like i just received a prize or something!!)

the car ride there was noisy, the food was yummy, the number game was stressful, the phototaking was wacky, and the murderer game was so-stealth-it-rocks-my-socks FUN! weee!! let's meet up once more the next hols when the overseas people come back again! :)

it was just great to see everyone back together again. and it was even better to see that no one had drastically changed. i love everything unique about the people in our class. from ching's bimbotic laughter, to our guy's gay tendencies, to pam's randomness (he wanted to bring tic tac's to the potluck), to jong's duh-ness (he wanted to bring white rice), to jerald's lame jokes, to jayne's attempts to put everything in order, to sanjiv's vulnerability to get bullied (and killed first!!), to jaron and kc's worlds of their own, to hui ting's energy that doesn't seem to die down, to meng siong's train of thought that only he can understand (he didn't want to eat anything cos he's going on an ocs mission to thailand next week so he cannot get food poisoning...?!??!!!!??), to ren long's absence, to jiaz the silent contributor, to zah who has a knack for killing, to amal for being ever so pretty, to nick for being gay with my neighbour (!), to mervin who's the prototype of strong and silent, to bao for all her exaggeration, to valmond who always has shades rain or shine, and to joel who shall give us mc booklets for christmas when he becomes a doctor.

it was just really great to see everyone back again. i quote from jaynie's blog, "No need for booze, smoking, or superficialities, just silly games like murderer, polar bear and "who, what, huh?" makes us happy the whole night."
this, i really like.
:)

we probably took a million photos cos we were snapping away the whole night. i'm lazy to post any pics cos they're everywhere on the others' blogs now. i give ting a prize for writing such HILARIOUS comments about the pics!! they're really funny!! :D

on another note, i think there's a wide spread disease now.
P.S.S.
Pre School Syndrome, that is. A whole new semester of rushing madness and stress ahead of us. but i count my blessings. at least there're no tutorials the first week of school, and i dig this semester system cos there's always the possibility of a fresh start! AND, holidays are really holidays. :)

the brand new semester might not be that bad. after all, my good friends were formed from the long hours of project meetings we had to endure with each other. and watch each person turn cranky by the minute. school can get quite fun. i was counting that day, and i realised that in uni, we go to school for only about half a year cos the rest of the year is holidays. :) i can't wait for my 3 and a half months break!! yippee!!

here's a sneek peek into last semester's school life.
enjoy.
